You look after the Loxone home of your parents, your siblings or friends? With the Free Community Edition you keep an eye on up to two sites, permanently and at no cost.

For partners to try out

Set up SmartFleet on an installation of your own and at a first customer’s and take your time looking at everything. If it fits, you switch to Silver or Gold without reinstalling.

Why there is a Free Community Edition

Loxone and LoxBerry have a wonderful community around them: users help each other, share their solutions and move a lot forward together. That is exactly the spirit we want to support.

That is why the Free Community Edition exists. If you privately look after your own home or that of family and friends, you should be able to use SmartFleet free of charge, permanently – no request, no catch. And if you have questions or ideas: we look forward to hearing from you in the forum.

This is included in the Free Community Edition

  • up to 2 sites with any number of Miniservers
  • automatic backups of the Miniserver configuration and the current program of every Miniserver
  • site overview, state of Miniserver and LoxBerry, system messages
  • remote maintenance of the LoxBerry and remote access to the Miniservers
  • 5 alarm rules per site
  • charts with 15 system values per site: 30 days in 5-minute values, 1 year in hourly values
  • 2 dashboards and 2 system schemas per site
  • password vault: credentials per site, encrypted in the browser
  • automatic system documentation from the project file
  • two-factor sign-in and emergency access

The limits

  • at most 2 sites
  • you install updates by hand
  • support via the forum
  • only the roles Administrator and Owner, not per site
  • no share links for charts, dashboards and system schemas
  • no project files of your own

How to get the Free Community Edition

  1. Download the SmartFleet server and upload it to your web space. You need PHP 7.4 or later, MySQL or MariaDB and HTTPS.
  2. During setup, choose “Free Community Edition” under “License type” and enter your identifier and your name. The server fetches the license by itself – you don’t need to send us a request.
  3. Install the SmartFleet Client plugin on the LoxBerry of each site and pair the site.
